Synchrony is a consultancy that offers psychedelic assisted therapy training. Because they are unique in their qualifications and experience in a new but rapidly growing industry, we wanted to avoid using cliché stock images of nature and people on their website. Instead, we created a library of custom abstract illustrations to allude to the magical nature of psychedelic therapy. The web design incorporates soft animation and layering of the imagery to create a soothing experience for the user. 

The logo design was inspired by a serendipitous meeting the co-founders had under an umbrella. Umbrellas symbolize protection as well as shelter, and in Buddhism they represent enlightened beings. The logo design is also vaguely reminiscent of a mushroom cap.  The color palette lends a gentle yet grounded flavor to the visual identity.
